This is a further notification of our upcoming Annual General Meeting, which has also been advertised in the Braidwood Times on 24/9/2014 and in the Winter-Autumn 2014 Landcare Perspective Newsletter. The details are as follows:

Nominations for Executive Positions are welcome, and we can also accept proxies.
The proposed new constitution has been developed in line with legal advice and aims to provide the greatest possible certainty that our insurance policy fully covers all of our members, including all members of affiliate groups, as comprehensively, simply and cost effectively as possible. This new constitution also makes changes suggested by Landcare NSW relating to registers of conflicts of interest, and the ability to use technology (telephone or skype) to attend meetings.
